Living Hope was founded just before Christmas 2023 when founder, Dr Afiniki Akanet (Afiniki.co.uk), noticed the need for inspirational items and meaningful gifts, which are also affordable. She enjoys designing most of the products listed here and has many of these around her own house for daily inspiration.

Celebrations like Christmas and birthdays often lead to excessive spending on gifts that people do not really need. As much as we love celebrations and generosity, we would like to reduce waste by providing alternative thoughtful gifts and items that inspire people all year long with powerful and positive words. 

The name Living Hope was inspired by the Christian song of the same name, and Bible verse - “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to his great mercy, He has caused us to be born again to a LIVING HOPE through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead." 1 Peter 1:3

Our website is regularly updated with new items and frames with powerful affirmations and truths. Feedback so far has been excellent, because everyone needs encouragement in today's world.
